Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on libertodesigns.com.
Digital services
Our services are digital in nature and delivery begins shortly after payment. Due to the immediate commencement of work, our refund policy is as follows.
Before work begins
If you request a cancellation before the discovery session and before any work has been started, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
After discovery but before concept delivery
If work has begun (discovery session completed) but the concept has not yet been delivered, we will refund 50% of the order value.
After concept delivery
Once the design concept has been delivered to you, no refund is available. You may still use your revision rounds to request changes.
How to request a refund
Email hello@libertodesigns.com with your order reference. We will respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Disputes
If you believe your project has not been delivered in accordance with the agreed brief, please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your payment provider. We resolve most issues within 5 business days.
