Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all services purchased through libertodesigns.com.

Digital delivery

All libertodesigns services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Deliverables are provided via email, a shared folder (Dropbox, Google Drive or similar), or a project management platform as agreed.

What you receive

Each plan includes the following digital deliverables: complete source files in agreed formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG for brand work; Figma or equivalent for design files), a delivery document explaining all assets and how to use them, and any additional files specified in the plan or agreed separately.

Timeline

Work begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation and a completed project brief. Estimated timelines are shown on each plan. The Essentials plan is approximately 10 business days from project start. The Studio plan is approximately 21 business days. The Full Production plan is approximately 42 business days.

Delays

If you require additional revision rounds beyond those included, or if the project brief changes substantially after work has begun, delivery timelines may be extended. We will communicate any timeline changes in writing.

Support

After delivery, each plan includes a questions window (30 days for Essentials and Studio, 6 months for Full Production) during which we will answer questions about the delivered files at no extra charge.
