Discovery
We start by understanding your business, your audience and what success looks like for this project. This usually takes one call and a brief questionnaire.

Concept
We produce a design concept: a visual direction, typography system and page structure before building anything. You approve it or we refine it.

Build
Once the concept is approved, we build. You see work-in-progress updates in a shared document. No surprises at the end.

Delivery
We deliver source files, assets and a walkthrough document. If you need revisions, this is when they happen. We do not disappear after handoff.
